For example, I designed and managed SMARTWork , a Program with 30 talented staff in 6 countries across four continents. While incredibly rewarding work, it was time for me to bring it home—literally. I came to real estate wanting to assist people one-on-one to achieve the concrete and measurable goals of home ownership.
